The Origin

Why The Wolfe Lab Exists

The Wolfe Lab wasn't built from a business plan. It was built from a belief — that the athletes who outwork everyone else deserve a place to do that work.

Chana grew up competing at the highest levels of the game. She knows what it takes to earn a Division I roster spot, survive the grind of a college season, and come out the other side a better competitor and a better person.

After her playing career, she joined the University of Oklahoma softball program as a Graduate Assistant — working alongside one of the most decorated coaching staffs in the country. That experience sharpened everything: how to teach mechanics without killing athleticism, how to build mental toughness without breaking confidence, how to develop a pitcher who can compete when it matters most.

The Wolfe Lab is the result of all of it. Every session is built on the same foundation Chana was built on — hard work, honest feedback, and a relentless commitment to getting better.

Background

What Chana Brings to Every Session

Division I Softball Athlete

Competed at the D1 level — understands the standard, the pressure, and what it actually takes to perform at the top of the game.

Graduate Assistant — University of Oklahoma

Coached under one of the most successful programs in college softball. Developed real coaching skills in a high-performance environment.

Complete Athlete Development

Trained in pitching mechanics, motor preference, mental performance, and softball IQ — not just one piece of the puzzle, but the whole picture.

Honest, Direct Coaching

No fluff. Chana tells athletes what they need to hear, not what they want to hear — because that's what actually produces growth.

Coaching Philosophy

Work Ethic Wins.

Talent gets you noticed. Work ethic gets you there. Chana coaches athletes to compete — not just to throw strikes or field grounders, but to show up, grind, and refuse to quit. The mental side of the game is just as important as the physical side, and The Wolfe Lab trains both.
